We’ve delivered the full interior and exterior design package for this zero-emission, high speed ferry engineered by our clients at ESNA.

This has been a really exciting and rewarding project. We gave the vessel dynamic lines and a clean, calm interior that lets the stunning Norwegian landscape be the real star of the show.

Battery power provides an operating speed of up to 40 knots!

The vessel uses the principles of an SES (Surface Effect Ship). You can think of SES hulls as a cross between a catamaran and a hovercraft. Rubber skirts at the bow and stern create an air pocket between fixed twin hulls. This pocket is pressurised using an intake fan in the forward superstructure to lift the vessel out of the water and achieve incredible efficiency at high speeds.
